The scheme aims to provide the farmers with the required investment support to boost the productivity of their crops. The support is provided in the form of grant to purchase the needed inputs like seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, etc. in order to increase the yield of their crops. The amount of investment support is Rs 4,000 per acre per farmer.
