The main screen of uTorrent Pro shows
three tabs
: one showing a list of torrents, a second with those that are already downloaded and a third with the current file being downloaded. Upon completion of each, you receive a notice on the notification bar.
To find new torrent files to download, the app gives you two options:

Click on the icon that looks like a magnifying glass. Enter a keyword and start the search. This opens a browser window containing Google results. Find a file that interests you, select it and it will be added to the download queue.

If you already know the link of the torrent you want to download, tap on the "+" and type/paste the URL of the torrent to start downloading.
